MISSION
To improve learner outcomes by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of leaders in schools and schooling systems

WHAT DO WE DO?
We provide two on-line leadership development programmes: Leading Teams and Leading Improvement. Linda also provides consultancy services for schooling systems and individual school leadership teams. 

LEADING TEAMS
Many people take on leadership roles with no training. Leading Teams helps a leadership team to reflect on and change their behaviour so they reach goals and develop the trust of their teammates.

LEADING IMPROVEMENT
School leaders are expected to get results, but everyday pressures make it hard to focus. Leading Improvement steps leadership teams through the school improvement cycle so they impact results in the short and long term.
